Mullite rolls for roller hearth kilns:

These rolls, of a length that may be up to 5.0 meters, are fired hanging in shuttle kilns at a temperature that may be higher than 1600°C. Thus, structures capable of carrying high loads at a very high temperature are needed. The rolls are suspended on a frame made of advanced SiC beams and stringers (Crystar® 2000), supported by high temperature creep resistant nitride bonded SiC posts (Cryston® CN137 or AnnaSicon®25).
